
Shelbey England, BS, Executive Director
Shelbey was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and currently resides with her 3 dogs, 2 cats, and husband in North Phoenix. Shelbey received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Social Work from Arizona State University. She became interested in working within the mental health field during her studies at ASU and knew that was what she wanted to pursue as a career. Shelbey enjoys encouraging clients to explore their abilities and achieve goals in a fun environment. Her dream for ADS is to open multiple facilities with DTA services, employment programs, and more!

Rachel Dadia, Program Coordinator
Rachel is currently going to school online and hopes to transfer to ASU in the spring to finish her Kinesiology degree. After that she would like to go straight to graduate school to become an occupational therapist. Rachel's main career goal is to be able stay in the special needs field to provide services to children with special needs in a public school setting.

Lorraine received her Master of Science degree in Clinical Speech Language Pathology from Northern Arizona University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Development Studies from University of Waterloo, Ont., Canada. Lorraine has managed programs in educational settings and in the non-profit sector with over 20 years of experience working with a variety of disabilities and populations in the field of speech and language disorders.

Dianna Decker, Parent, Secretary of the Board
Dianna is a wife and a mother of two boys. She enjoys the outdoors, camping, hiking, biking, and kayaking.

Aubrey Charbonneau, Treasurer of the Board
Aubrey has spent her career focused on all things business - specifically accounting and finance. As an ASU Accounting Alumni and current MBA student at the University at Buffalo, Aubrey has pursued higher education to make sure that her contributions to any organization not only meet but exceed expectations. Currently, she is the Financial Controller for a software company in Western NY. This position has challenged Aubrey to expand her knowledge of management and apply this to a more encompassing, executive role. When asked to join the ADS board, she was beyond excited for the opportunity. Excited to be a part of, not only, a great cause but something that plays a special role in her hometown. Aubrey looks forward to the future growth and continued success of this program.

Beth has been in the technology field for 20 years. She graduated from DeVry Technical Institute with a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems and Kankakee Community College with an Associate in Arts.
She has one son who is married and resides in Arizona. Her hobbies include Snow and Water Skiing, hiking and jogging.
Beth is proud to be a member of Arizona Developmental Services team and looks forward to their continued expansion.
