Tuna Melt Serves: 2 Time: 15 minutes Step 1: Wash hands with soap and warm water. Step 2: Do we have all the ingredients we need?
Step 5: Using knife and cutting glove, cut into small dice . Chop green onion. Step 6: In small bowl; mix tuna, red bell pepper, green onion and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Step 7: Spray both sides of each slice of bread with Pam cooking spray. Step 8: Place 2 slices of bread on toaster oven tray. Top each slice with half of the tuna mix. Step 9: Place pan in toaster oven and set to broiler. Set time for 3-4 minutes. Step 10: When timer goes off, use oven mitt to remove pan. Careful it is HOT! Top each serving with a slice of cheese and place back in toaster oven. Set timer for 1 minute more. Step 11: Turn off toaster oven, use oven mitt to remove pan from toaster oven. Use spatula to place each tuna melt on plates. Enjoy! |
