The past 25 years of my life I have not been drinking water and to be honest it has been very hard for me. The reason we need to drink water is to stay hydrated when we are underneath the blazing sun. When I was 23 years old I was rushed to the hospital because I was not hydrated or had any electrolytes inside of me. You are supposed to drink eight glasses of water a day, especially when exercising because when you do not drink enough water you can lose a lot of energy. We need water to stay hydrated. Water is better than soda because it does not have sugar in it. So my tip to everyone is drink as much water as you can.
