ADS Works is the workforce development program of Arizona Developmental Services,

created to help adults with developmental disabilities build meaningful job skills through

real-world work experiences.

We believe employment is about more than earning a paycheck. It's about building confidence, developing independence, discovering purpose, and creating opportunities to become active members of the community.

Through hands-on training, individualized coaching, and supportive employment experiences, members gain the skills they need to prepare for future employment while working alongside caring professionals who encourage growth every step of the way.

ADS Works provides structured, supervised employment experiences that teach valuable workplace skills in a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment.

Each member participates based on their strengths, interests, abilities, and employment goals while receiving individualized coaching and support. The program is designed to help members develop confidence, responsibility, communication, teamwork, and workplace readiness through meaningful work experiences.

Employment Pathways

Print Services

Members learn every stage of the screen-printing process while

building valuable production and workplace skills.

Training includes:

Screen printing
Apparel production
Packaging
Inventory management
Quality control
Order fulfillment
Teamwork

In Partnership with:

Cleaning Services

Members participate in supervised cleaning projects that build

professional work habits and prepare them for employment

opportunities within the community.

Services include:

General cleaning
Sweeping and mopping
Sanitizing surfaces
Trash removal
Organizing workspaces
Light janitorial services
Team-based project completion

Throughout the program, members strengthen workplace responsibility, communication,

safety awareness, and confidence while completing meaningful community projects.

Grocery Services

Training includes:

Grocery bagging
Customer interaction
Teamwork
Communication
Organization
Workplace expectations
Professional responsibility
